Turnkey construction means a single party carries the project from permitting through to handover and beyond. Scope includes geotechnical survey and structural design, permits and approvals, shell works (foundation, frame, walls), fit-out (plaster, screed, joinery, paint), mechanical and electrical installation, façade, landscaping and occupancy certification. We work under this model on residential, villa and commercial projects in Mersin and the wider region.
From concept design through to construction drawings we provide architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design. Projects are developed with 3D modelling and current technical software, and compliance with zoning plans, codes and permit requirements is verified before issue. The service can be taken on its own or combined with construction.
