ARTRA Global was founded in Mersin, Türkiye in 2009 and still runs its head office in Mezitli. The same team delivers residential, villa and industrial projects across Türkiye alongside international work in Hungary and the United States. That dual structure lets us stay fluent in local regulation and site conditions on a Turkish project while meeting the standards of a different jurisdiction abroad.
Architectural design, structural and MEP engineering, permitting, shell and fit-out works, interiors, handover. When each of these sits with a different firm, the coordination burden — and the gaps between responsibilities — land on the client. Under a turnkey contract ARTRA Global carries the whole chain, so the client deals with a single agreement and a single project lead.
1. Assessment. Land, zoning status and the brief are reviewed; feasibility and an indicative cost framework are produced.
2. Design. Concept and construction drawings are prepared and checked against regulation before issue.
3. Construction. Site management against a fixed programme, progress valuation and quality control, with regular reporting.
4. Handover and beyond. Acceptance, warranty scope and technical support through the operating period.
Our buildings are designed to the Turkish Building Earthquake Code and the relevant national standards, with a geotechnical survey on every project. On site, full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 is mandatory and processes align with the ISO 45001 management system. More than 200 site personnel and over 500 delivered living units reflect fifteen years of that discipline becoming institutional.
